Welcome to Wezesha Tulinde Amani

Wezesha Tulinde Amani means "Empower to Sustain Peace". It is a promise, and it is also our method: we believe that when people are empowered, economically, emotionally and socially, they are the best guardians of peace.

We are a community based organisation rooted in Bukaya, Kakamega County, led by our Coordinator, Dr. Beldinah Kochwa Otieno, a peace and conflict scholar and certified mediator.
